1. Our Commitment
SatJupiter respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement promptly.
2. Reporting Infringement
If you believe that content accessible via SatJupiter infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice with the following information:
- •Your full legal name and contact information (email, address, phone)
- •A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
- •The specific URL or channel identifier where the infringing material is located
- •A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner
- •A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf
- •Your physical or electronic signature

4. Counter-Notification
If you believe your content was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notification including:
- •Your name and contact information
- •Identification of the material removed and its former location
- •A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error
- •Your consent to the jurisdiction of the relevant federal court
- •Your physical or electronic signature
5. Repeat Infringers
SatJupiter will terminate the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat copyright infringers, in accordance with applicable law.
6. False Claims
Submitting a knowingly false DMCA notice or counter-notification may expose you to liability under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) for damages, including attorney fees.
